Hello. We hired Beni and his contract workers to knock some internal walls down and install a new kitchen. From the very beginning we were struck with the incredibly responsive and clear communication with Buildonly, both via WhatsApp, and face to face. Beni always checked with us how we wanted things done and was helpful in his advice but never pushy. The work momentum never lagged, people were onsite every day and the place was tidied up at the end of each day. We got exactly what we asked for and completed in pretty much the timescale we expected.Beni helped us with building regulation people and simply gave us a level of service we would not have found with other builders in the area for the same price. I recently used BuildSpark for electrical work at my property in Norbury, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. The job involved installing three new electric heaters and upgrading the consumer unit by replacing the existing MCBs with RCBOs for improved safety. Beni was professional, punctual, and clearly very experienced. He explained the work in simple terms and made sure everything was completed safely and in line with current electrical regulations. The installation was carried out efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the workspace was left clean and tidy. I’ve just used Beni to do some remedial works on my electrics and he was absolutely brilliant. Explained everything so clearly, and also helped sourcing and fitting new fire alarms and light fittings etc all in one day. He really helped me out as I needed the work done pretty quickly and he stood by his promise. I felt his pricing was fair and reasonable and I felt he was so trustworthy . Beni came over to replace one of my plug sockets in the kitchen as the fridge that was plugged in was turning off intermittently. Not only did he replace the socket but he moved them to a safer spot as where they were originally placed was not up to code. Beni worked quickly, was reasonably priced and generally very nice to work with. We have a few more jobs around the house so will definitely be giving Beni a call. ~ Adam D

Beni put in an electric shower, a fan heater, and an extractor fan in the bathroom, an induction hob in the kitchen, and two double socket points in the living room. Had a fault with my lights in the living room, lights where off and a buzzing noise was coming from the switch. Called Build only as he was very close to my location.
