Hello. We hired Beni and his contract workers to knock some internal walls down and install a new kitchen. From the very beginning we were struck with the incredibly responsive and clear communication with Buildonly, both via WhatsApp, and face to face. Beni always checked with us how we wanted things done and was helpful in his advice but never pushy. The work momentum never lagged, people were onsite every day and the place was tidied up at the end of each day. We got exactly what we asked for and completed in pretty much the timescale we expected.Beni helped us with building regulation people and simply gave us a level of service we would not have found with other builders in the area for the same price. Beni put in an electric shower, a fan heater, and an extractor fan in the bathroom, an induction hob in the kitchen, and two double socket points in the living room. Had a fault with my lights in the living room, lights where off and a buzzing noise was coming from the switch. Called Build only as he was very close to my location.
